Dr. Al-Azizi is an Interventional Cardiologist and Structural Heart Disease specialist at Baylor Scott & White Health - The Heart Hospital in Plano, TX. He serves as the Medical Director of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratories and the Associate Program Director of the Cardiovascular disease fellowship and a clinical assistant professor at the Texas A&M College of Medicine.

Karim Al-Azizi, MD

Dr. Al-Azizi is an Interventional Cardiologist and Structural Heart Disease specialist at Baylor Scott & White Health - The Heart Hospital in Plano, TX. Dr. Aqtash is an Interventional cardiologist on the medical staff at Baylor Scott & White The Heart Hospital – Plano and director of structural heart services at HeartPlace. Dr. Aqtash earned his medical degree from the University of Jordan. He completed his internal medicine training, including his chief residency year, at Marshall University in West Virginia.

Obadah Aqtash, MD

Dr. Baig is a board certified interventional and structural cardiologist. He specializes in minimally invasive valvular heart disease and complex coronary interventions. He has advanced training in aortic TAVR treatment, complex mitral valve disease and opening coronary chronic total occlusions.

Imran Baig, MD

Dr. Thomas is board certified in both interventional cardiology and cardiovascular disease. He has pursued advanced fellowship training in structural heart disease and complex coronary intervention, further honing his expertise in transcatheter therapies for valvular heart disease, percutaneous left atrial appendage and ASD/PFO closure, high-risk coronary interventions, coronary physiology, and ultra-low contrast PCI.

Dr. Mohamed, MBBCh, is an ECFMG-certified physician and a 2026 graduate of Zagazig University Faculty of Medicine in Egypt. He plans to pursue Internal Medicine training, followed by cardiology and interventional cardiology. His U.S. clinical experience includes interventional and structural cardiology at Baylor Scott & White The Heart Hospital–Plano. He is also a national powerlifting champion and fitness content creator whose platforms have reached more than 300K followers.

Binay Panjiyar, MD, GCSRT is an Internal Medicine resident at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center–Permian Basin. He completed the Global Clinical Scholars Research Training program at Harvard Medical School, SOCI training at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and served as a postdoctoral research fellow with the OACIS Research Group at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He also conducted multicenter clinical research at North Shore University Hospital (NSUH)/Northwell Health. His interests include interventional cardiology, cardiovascular outcomes, artificial intelligence, and clinical research.
