Dr. Al-Azizi is an Interventional Cardiologist and Structural Heart Disease specialist at Baylor Scott & White Health - The Heart Hospital in Plano, TX. He serves as the Medical Director of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratories and the Associate Program Director of the Cardiovascular disease fellowship and a clinical assistant professor at the Texas A&M College of Medicine.

Karim Al-Azizi, MD

Dr. Srini Potluri is an interventional cardiologist based in Plano, Texas, with extensive clinical experience and leadership roles at Baylor Scott & White Heart Hospital. Dr. Potluri has been the Chairman of the Department of Cardiology at Baylor Scott & White Heart Hospital Plano and the Regional Director of Cardiology and Catheterization Laboratories for multiple Baylor Scott & White hospitals.

Dr. Aqtash is an Interventional cardiologist on the medical staff at Baylor Scott & White The Heart Hospital – Plano and director of structural heart services at HeartPlace. Dr. Aqtash earned his medical degree from the University of Jordan. He completed his internal medicine training, including his chief residency year, at Marshall University in West Virginia.

Obadah Aqtash, MD

Dr. Baig is a board certified interventional and structural cardiologist. He specializes in minimally invasive valvular heart disease and complex coronary interventions. He has advanced training in aortic TAVR treatment, complex mitral valve disease and opening coronary chronic total occlusions.

Imran Baig, MD

Dr. Thomas is board certified in both interventional cardiology and cardiovascular disease. He has pursued advanced fellowship training in structural heart disease and complex coronary intervention, further honing his expertise in transcatheter therapies for valvular heart disease, percutaneous left atrial appendage and ASD/PFO closure, high-risk coronary interventions, coronary physiology, and ultra-low contrast PCI.

Dr. Afzal is the Medical Director of Mechanical Circulatory Support and Program Director of Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant at THH Baylor Scott and White. Dr. Afzal did his residency and fellowship and advanced heart failure fellowship training at Baylor University medical center after finishing medical school at University of Texas Medical Branch.

Dr. Allana is an Assistant Professor and Medical Director of the Coronary Chronic Total Occlusion Program in the Department of Internal Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center. He specializes in interventional cardiology, especially coronary chronic total occlusions and complex and high-risk coronary interventions.

Dr. Alraies is the medical director of the cardiac cath lab, interventional cardiology research, and cardiac rehab at Detroit Medical Center in Detroit, Michigan, USA. Dr. Alraies is a clinical assistant professor of medicine at Wayne State University and is the associate program director of the interventional cardiology fellowship.

Dr. Alsaid is a board certified cardiologist with subspecialty training and board certification in advanced Multimodality Cardiac Imaging. He is the Medical director of the Cardiac MRI and Cardiac CT Labs at Baylor Scott & White - The Heart Hospital in Plano, TX. His clinical expertise includes, interventional 4D echocardiography, structural cardiac CT, cardiac MRI, and nuclear cardiology.

Subhash Banerjee, MD

Tony Das, MD

Dr. Davies completed her medical school at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. She went on to complete her Internal Medicine and General Cardiology training at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, PA.

Rhian Davies, DO, FSCAI

Dr. Dib is an interventional cardiologist at The Heart Hospital Baylor Plano Legacy Heart Center and associate program director for Interventional Cardiology at BSW THH Plano. with an interest in high-risk percutaneous coronary interventions, mechanical circulatory support, peripheral arterial disease including critical limb ischemia and below-knee interventions and a deep passion treating superficial and deep venous disease.

Chadi Dib, MD

Dr. Faraz serves as the Director of Interventional Cardiology and Director of Interventional Cardiology Research at Hackensack University Medical Center, and is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine. Dr. Faraz is a nationally recognized leader in complex coronary interventions, the management of cardiogenic shock, and the science of left ventricular (LV) unloading.

Haroon Faraz, MD

Dr. Garbo is the Director of CTO and Complex PCI at Maria Pia Hospital in Turin, Italy. He earned his medical degree from the University of Turin in 1993 and completed his specialization in Cardiology at the same institution in 1999. From 2005 to 2020, Dr. Garbo served as Director of the Catheterization Laboratory and Interventional Cardiology Unit at San Giovanni Bosco Hospital in Turin.

Roberto Garbo, MD

Dr. Haider is an interventional cardiologist at NewYork-Presbyterian Medical Group Queens and an Assistant Professor of Medicine. He is board certified in interventional cardiology, vascular medicine, endovascular medicine, nuclear cardiology, cardiovascular disease, and vascular ultrasound (RPVI).

Dr. Jaffer is a Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School, Director of Coronary Intervention, the Chronic Total Occlusion Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (CTO PCI) Program, and CTO/CHIP Fellowship Program at Massachusetts General Hospital.

Dr. Kane is currently an interventional cardiologist and assistant professor of medicine at the University of Vermont. His clinical focus is the management of complex coronary artery disease, and his aim is to bring a humane and holistic approach to his patient care and role as a medical educator.

Dr. Kazem is the Chief Cardiovascular Medicine Fellow at Baylor Scott and White The Heart Hospital Plano. He went to college at the University of Michigan. He received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Henry Ford Health in Detroit, Michigan.

Dr. Kerrigan is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center and an interventional cardiologist at Saint Thomas Heart at Ascension Saint Thomas West in Nashville, Tennessee.

Jimmy Kerrigan, MD, FSCAI

Dr. Amir Lotfi is the chief of the cardiovascular division at Baystate Health and a professor of medicine at UMass Chan Medical School-Baystate. He’s also affiliated with multiple hospitals, including Baystate Franklin Medical Center and Baystate Medical Center. Dr. Lotfi specializes in research on acute myocardial infarction, stem cell therapy, and hypertensive emergencies.

Sandeep Nathan, MD

Dr. Nicholson is a professor of medicine at Emory University School of Medicine and Director of Interventional Cardiology at Emory Healthcare.  Dr. Nicholson also serves as the program director for the advanced Complex High-Risk Interventional Procedures (CHIP) fellowship at Emory Healthcare.  Dr. Nicholson returned to Emory in 2020.  He is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College where he majored in Biology and Fine Arts.

Dr. Patel is an Interventional Cardiologist with Atria Heart. He specializes in complex coronary intervention, but has a passion for primary prevention. One of his most common quotes in the clinic is "I can fix a blockage in your heart but would prefer to prevent it before it ever even happens."

 Dr. Pinilla is an associate professor at the Department of Medicine Division of Cardiology at McMaster University and an interventional cardiology staff member at Hamilton Health Sciences and Niagara Health. She is the cath lab director at Niagara Health and the Intravascular Coronary Imaging Fellowship program director at McMaster University.

Robert Stoler, MD

Dr. Thakker is an assistant professor of medicine at Washington University in Saint Louis. Clinically, his focus includes complex coronary interventions, coronary imaging and physiology. He serves as the director of the cardiovascular diseases fellowship and is also the associate director for the Interventional cardiology fellowship program.
